Our curriculum is called an ILM the meaning of which is not confined to acquisition of information or knowledge. It is an all embracing term that includes theory, action, understanding and education. The customized curricula are like spirals that keep the child at the center and move outward.
Towards family, community, city, nation and the world. They not only generate knowledge, but also build capacity for critical thinking and sensitivity towards diversity. ITIHAAS offers several curriculum interventions for grades 3 to 9. Festivals and Faiths, Water, The Bhakti movement, Rulers and Builders, Secular Ethics, The 1st war of Independence and Sustainability to name a few.
ITIHAAS is a trust, promoting Heritage, Education and Tourism, established in 2004, registered under the Indian Societies Act 1860, based out of New Delhi.
