Summer Heritage Programme - 2024

Summer Heritage Projects

At ITIHAAS, we believe that when it comes to heritage, first-hand experience is the best teacher. A one of its kind initiative, the programme is designed to give school students the opportunity to get involved in the behind-the scenes functioning of some of the country’s biggest and most well-known museums and cultural institutions. We offer this programme only to our partner schools.

ITIHAAS SUMMER HERITAGE PROJECT AT THE ELECTION MUSEUM

ITIHAAS' work in the space of heritage education is dynamic, thought provoking, vibrant and relative to the practical world of young people. Their on field programmes form a very meaningful connects between the books and the real world. ITIHAAS has pioneered the field of heritage education and has been bringing students to the election museum since its inception. The summer heritage programme curated by ITIHAAS, gives the students a deep insight into the heritage of elections in our country and an understanding of the electoral process. It gears them to be responsible citizens who cast their vote and have a stake in government formation.
